i work really early in the morning and i don’t have time for a hot breakfast cause i am always rushing and i try to get as much sleep as possible(5 maybe 7hrs). i want something healthy, low calorie, with protein not really worried about sugar cause with my job ill burn it in a few hours, and i want it to be natural. i use to have a bowl of fruit for breakfast and i like it but i want to change it up a bit. i start work at 6am and i don’t get something in my stomach till 9am and that kills my metabolism and i feel it. not having breakfast effects my workouts and my whole day, makes me feel weak please help.

Why don’t you boil some eggs the night before and have the egg whites on toast with maybe some chopped veg?
Or how about a high-fibre cereal/cereal bar with low-fat/fat-free yogurt or milk?
A piece or two of fresh fruit would be great too.
