I used to think a human body needs a variety of foods from meat to vegetables to bread, but I read about nutrition facts so bean is all I need? Because there’s tiny amount of fat, decent amount of carbs and protein and lots of fibers, so I can just eat beans all day and water I can survive and I dont need meat of vegetables?

No, it’s still not a properly balance diet. And you’d fart way too much.
